You may or may not know because you were CC’d only on the first one, but this week I renewed the motor insurance for 3 cars – not together but one by one. Then today, this. On these 4 things, I spent a combined total time of maybe not even 10 minutes. That in itself is something.
But the most impressive part is not how much time I spent acting on those, but how little I spent waiting. Each of those 4 instances could have been treated over a few days; instead, every one of them was completed, done, we-can-move-on-with-our-lives, not even in a matter of hours, but of mere minutes.
4 different things, so not a once-in-a-lifetime accident.
And stuff touching different matters and involving different people from different departments: you; Michelle in Medical; Omar, Mahesh, Sreejit in Motor; maybe others. So not either the pure luck of being taken care of by the one fast person in the company -no no, it really seems to be a thing at Nasco: fast and efficient.
So you really don’t need to thank me if I take a further couple minutes to thank and congratulate you and the rest of Nasco’s teams. It’s well deserved and certainly worth mentioning.
I should actually have included Najib in my previous email. It’s done now. As well as the others I listed a couple lines above. Someone please print this email and bring it to Nasco’s top management ;)
